TIPS

This section presents some tips for situations that could arise in everyday life.
1. The elevator
In the event that you must take an elevator and feel that you are being chased or that you could be in danger in the elevator, when you enter, activate all the buttons, this reduces the probability of being injured; since when the doors are opened you have more possibilities of escaping, receiving help or the attacker regrets having hurt you.

2. The key
In the event that you are alone somewhere, you feel danger and do not have a personal defense weapon. You can use a wrench to place it in the middle of your fingers to do more damage with your blow as if it were a brass knuckle.

3. Learn to untie your hands
if for any situation you find yourself tied hands because of kidnapping or something similar. the attacker is always going to tie you in a hurry so you should put your hands with your fists closed and together, so when you stretch them and put your palms together the knot will be loose enough to let your hands out and thus free you.

4. The pressure points
The pressure points that you can attack to cause great damage when attacking, even immobilizing it, are: the nose, the eyes, the ears, between the legs and the knees.

5. Change routes
If you are being chased or investigated, the more likely they are to investigate your most frequent route (whether to go to work, school or home), to make the task much more difficult, constantly change routes, making your movements more unpredictable to have less possibilities that attack you.
