MARTIAL ARTS
Krav maga: (Israel)

The basic idea is to deal with the immediate threat first, prevent the attacker from attacking again, and finally neutralize it.Emphasis is placed on immediately taking away the initiative from the aggressor. It serves both armed attackers and multiple attackers and also allows combat in closed spaces.
The Krav Magá has many disarmament techniques, emphasizing combat, unusual circumstances, training in narrow spaces, or in poor lighting, corners, from the ground, defense in a sitting position and, above all, defense in individual and group situations.
Taekwondo:

It is characterized by its extensive use of leg and kick techniques, more varied with greater prominence than most martial arts, as well as being notable for their great speed and precision.
A good training should include both fist and open hand techniques as well as Taekwondo leg techniques, since it should not be focused only on success in competition, but on mastery and knowledge of martial art.
All of this makes Taekwondo, when practiced as a martial art of self defense, effective in long distance standing fighting, where you can better exploit explosive strength, speed of action and reaction and the combination of techniques of legs that its practitioners develop, without forgetting the techniques of open hand and fist, the use of breathing and physical and emotional awareness, internal and external, constant practice.
Kickboxing: (Japan, developed in west)
It is a Japanese origin and western development combat sport, in which boxing techniques are mixed with the kicking techniques of karate and muay thai, being related to eastern martial arts.
It comes in several modalities, but the full contact modality of kickboxing (which is the one to be discussed) includes the vast majority of boxing techniques, karate, and Taekwondo, but not open-handed punches; and other techniques are included as the twist fist, and sweeps to the legs. And also it is important is the search of the out of combat or Knock Out of the opponent. The scores obtained for strokes and combinations noted are also valid.
However, there are restrictions on certain tactics such as: low kicks to the thighs, knee or elbow punches, and grabs or throws.
